Teams must obtain permits to participate in festivals and tournaments.
Applications to host or play in a tournament/festival are available below.
Costs to host and participate are to be set annually by the SYFA board.
For all friendly matches, please contact your league for permission.

When required, please complete and send to your league sec for approval.
The payment details are stated on the form.
On approval your league sec will then send the form back with the permit number added.
