SYFA Confirm Renewed Partnership with TeamFeePay
The Scottish Youth Football Association (SYFA) is pleased to confirm a renewed partnership with TeamFeePay, continuing a strong collaboration focused on supporting youth football clubs across Scotland.
As our Official Support Partner, TeamFeePay will work alongside SYFA to help clubs manage finances and administration more simply and effectively.
With clubs growing and demands on volunteers increasing, the partnership supports better financial control, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
Phil Cowen, Head of International Football at TeamFeePay, said:
“We are pleased to announce our appointment as the Official Support Partner of the Scottish Youth Football Association. Having been involved in Scottish football for over 20 years, I have always appreciated the pivotal role that grassroots football plays in its long-term development. Both parties are fully committed to driving strong leadership and sound financial governance, supporting clubs to become more sustainable and robust for the future.”
Scott Robertson, SYFA Board Chairman, added:
“I am very pleased to enter this partnership with TeamFeePay. Our clubs are growing steadily, and the financial aspect of our game is critically important. Clubs and volunteers are managing increasing sums of money, with costs continuing to rise, so it is essential that they control their budgets and do so with accountability. The TeamFeePay platform and its staff will help our clubs manage growth and succeed, whilst providing parents and players with the security that their money is being tracked and administered appropriately.”
The partnership continues to support SYFA clubs on and off the pitch, providing modern, easy-to-use tools that reduce admin and improve transparency. Clubs benefit from streamlined player registrations, automated fee collection, safeguarding compliance, online club shops, fundraising support, and tools to manage camps, tournaments, tours, and merchandise.
The platform also enables online club shops for kit and merchandise, manages payments for team tours, and supports club fundraising initiatives giving parents and players greater confidence in how club activities and finances are managed.
This renewed partnership strengthens SYFA’s ongoing commitment to supporting volunteers and building a sustainable future for youth football in Scotland.
